Welcome to FocusAir. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FocusAir mobile application ("App") provided by TapVolt Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

FocusAir is a productivity tool designed to help users focus through gamification. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (if applicable).

2. Focus Mode and App Blocking

FocusAir provides features that can restrict access to other applications on your device to help you concentrate. You acknowledge that:

You must manually grant the necessary system permissions (e.g., Screen Time API on iOS or Accessibility Services on Android) for these features to work.
TapVolt Limited is not responsible for any missed notifications, messages, or calls while Focus Mode is active.

3. Virtual Items and Gamification

The App features virtual flight routes, mileage, cities, and achievements ("Virtual Items"):

Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for "real world" money or goods.
You do not "own" Virtual Items; they represent a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these features within the App.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, or remove Virtual Items at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

FocusAir may offer premium features via subscriptions or one-time purchases:

Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must comply with their respective terms and conditions.
Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your App Store/Google Play account settings.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as we do not manage billing directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, UI design, logos, and "FocusAir" branding, is the property of TapVolt Limited and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use any automated system (bots, spiders) to manipulate focus data or mileage.
Interfere with the security features of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusAir is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to help you improve productivity, we do not guarantee that your use of the App will result in specific academic or professional outcomes. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapVolt Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TapVolt Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
